If you are ordering any of our Day-Old Chicks between 1st April and 30th September you will be asked to pay in advance in full. Please then allow at least 28 days (and up to 45 days a peak times) from the date of your order for us to collect, incubate, and hatch the eggs from the date of your order.

If ordering between 1st October and 31st March, you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit (with the rest payable on collection) and your order will automatically be added to the following breeding seasons orders. 

Either way, you will receive a confirmation email and your estimated collection date within 3 business days of your order.
